XLRI promotes diversity and freshers are given equal opportunities as compared to a person having work experience. So don't worry about that. Not having work experience would not give you any demerit point. Just make sure that you are clear as to why you want to go for HRM. Thank you. -
There is no per-requisite of work experience to do MBA in HR from XLRI. The average work experience of students in the HR batch 2017-19 is 22 months with a number of freshers without any work experience. -

Though beneficial to have some work experience, it is not compulsory to have one when it comes to XLRI Jamshedpur since the B-school admits fresher's too every year. -

Not necessarily. It depends on your PI though experienced candidates may get an advantage of being able to drive their interview.
