There is no per-requisite of work experience to do MBA in HR from XLRI. The average work experience of students in the HR batch 2017-19 is 22 months with a number of freshers without any work experience.

Hello, Though beneficial to have some work experience, it is not compulsory to have one when it comes to XLRI Jamshedpur since the B-school admits fresher's too every year.

Not necessarily. It depends on your PI though experienced candidates may get an advantage of being able to drive their interview.
