<p>Yashwantrao Chavan Institute of Social Science Studies and Research is also having a well developed placement cell, but it will not guarantee the 100% placement. However, the poll of the institute is comparatively admirable as almost 80%-90% of students are getting placed in the concerned eminent companies. The placement cell works as a training cell, career counseling cell and also works for organisation of recruitment. Leading recruitment agencies present the IT companies such as TCS, Wipro, Infosys, HCL and others. The placement process and selection of companies are projected by the institute at equal standards but in reality, the placement is based on performance, skills of students, market demand and requirement. The placement record of the institute is good but not always the placement guarantee to the student is provided.</p>
