Does year gap matter during admission in MBA colleges like XISS and also during placements?

    No. Your performance matters but if you have a gap of 3-4 years, then you may face difficulty.

    Hello,
    Provided you did something productive during that phase or have a valid reason for taking it, a gap year does not really matter during both the admissions as well as the placements.

    As long as you have a valuable reason to substantiate the gap in your education, it would not matter.
