doing apprenticshp in f&b production in a hotel.is it possible to join 3rd year degree afyer completion as this is a diploma.

Apprenticeship alone will not help u to learn the complete food production so its better to do a degree from the 1st year

No it depends upon the university but most probably it is not possible and even not suitable too, so go for a regular one only with full programme.
