Doing B.E(ECE).Till 7th sem i havng 58.8%.In gate 6.67.i wants to do M.E/M.TECH in ECE.tell me the best colleges,fees >1.5lac

Dont know which course will be better in M.TECH/M.E, I am thinking of ECE, power elctronics and embedded system. So tell me best colleges which r giving admission and having fees less than 1.5lac.i am having 6.67 marks in gate till 7th sem 58.8%
