Also I would suggest you if possible go for a German language course. It may not be mandatory for you to learn the language for the course but will help you to find a part time job. A student in Germany can work 90 full days or 180 half days. After completion of the course, you are allowed to stay back in the country for 1 year to look for a job and then you can convert your student permit to residence permit for gainful employment.
