doing bba from ggsipu university

i am doing bba frm ip university....giving my last semester exams...i.e 6th sem...but my question is that i am having 6 backlogs in my previous semesters....so what is the scope after bba...like what can i do after my exams.? and what is a mercy degree? and what is the scope of a mercy degree?
