Doing BHMS, wht can I pursue aftr it for bettr career/jobs in the field of health care.Need to know abt a Masters deg/ other courses.

I'm in the final year of BHMS(Delhi), I'd like to know whethr there are any good job opportunities aftr just doing BHMS or do I have to get any other specialization, like a Masters or any other course in Health care. If yes...then what are the options for me.... Help me with sme relevant courses .
