Doing M.Sc maths from a private univ. has the same value as of government univ. ? Can i apply for lecturership on basis of masters from priv

Sir, I want to become a leturer. I am getting admission in M.SC Maths in Manipal university( Jaipur ).I wanted to know that doing masters from private university has the same value as of government universities. Can I become a lecturer on basis of this degree from a private university ?
