Doing MBA in Operations & a B.Tech graduate with 3 yrs IT experience.Now offered a job from a top BPO.Can I make switch later to IT aftr it?
Is it fine to join the BPO now and then switch a career to IT because am not interested in building a career in BPO but at the same time I don't want to lose the offer. So, I am confused what to do. Please advise.
