doing my grad in animation & doing reasonably well. quite creative but eventually money is a huge factor for me. need guidance, help.

my tyba animation finals will finish in dec 2012, & by march 2013 i will have my results. i would like to know what is the pay package of a creative director, a creative head in an advertising firm, a production exec working at a production house/firm, and which colleges to apply for the mba needed.
