Completed my MBBS with 69% in Maharashtra - MUHS Government University. How do I pursue PG - interventional Radiology OR Cardiology ? Which are the best Universities I can apply to ? what will be their requirements?How do I apply ?What are the scopes?

You can opt for China. There are few Universities which offer Post Graduation programs. Teaching is in English and cost is easily affordable. Admission is given on the basis of Bachelor Exam marks. IELTS & TOEFL is not required.
