    Hi,
Well there is no need for the person concerned to submit the domicile certificate while applying for Maharashtra CET as he/she was born in the state and even school education has been taken from Maharashtra.
Feel free to raise more questions. In case my help justified you in a good way, appraise by liking it or marking as best.
    Good Luck.
