Hi Nilaksh, It is true, salaries of MBA graduates, normally depend not on the ranking of the college but majorly on the student's calibre. While MBA packages normally start out at Rs 3 LPA there is always a chance of it rising, depending on the student's skills and performance.

MBA salaries depend a lot on the function of the college ranking. Higher is the ranking, better are the chances that branded companies visit campus and these companies offer very good packages. MBA package has a wide range starting from Rs 3 LPA and can go upwards to Rs 20 LPA as well.
