Done B.com in 2007, Accountant with 15 years experience. Wish to work in Big company with 5 digit salary, what should i pursue ?
Till now worked in medium level organisation where in present position of Sr. Accounts Manager i m getting package of max Rs.3 Lacs. I wish to work in a high level organisation where package should be min 6 Lacs to 8 Lacs. BUT they demand MBA, ICWA or CA degree. What should I pursue ?

Pursue CMA (IMA US). This can be completed within a year. U can check CPA from AICPA-US

I have less knowledge but i would suggest you pursue an executive MBA which spans a year.You can continue with your job too.OR else pursue an MBA in an universities offering DISTANCE EDUCATION...It's quite economical too.
