Done B.E(ECE)2013 60%.Now wants to do some training course vlsi or embedded system or CCNA.Which wil b better according to recent n future

I have completed my B.E(ECE) with 60%. now i am confused about the training courses VLSI OR EMBEDDED SYSTEM OR CCNA.which course will be better for the ece student in future and from where banglore/chennai or delhi.i am thinking to do M.TECH next year.as m nt gud in communication language.
