Done B.Sc & M.Sc in electronics.2 yr work ex as lecturer,2 relevent projects.Which univ to aim for MS in Germany in Embedded & Automation?

My profile- X-90%, XII-78, B.Sc-74(topper- 89%), M.Sc-71(topper-87%), IETLS-7.0. Two relevent projects & internship. Which univ can I target for MS in Germany in Electrical filed but speciliazation in Embedded & Automation & IT domain. Can I get any decent univ with this profile? Is my grad % bad?
