Done b.tech in cs(2012,fresher) but not interested in s/w job ,rather want to pursue carrier in mgmt/admin,for which position should i try.
I have tried many times in computer programming but failed to do justice with it. But i am interested in management and i want to search jobs in management or admin field.And after certain years want to do distance MBA .Is any course i should opt for or i should try for jobs and for which position.

Hi,
As per your query it seems that you are not working now and wish to further make your career in the field of management.
So as per your profile you may consider pursuing full time MBA or PGDM program, for this you may take CAT-2013 and various other management entrance tests and score well so

Your answer is with in your question. If its management you want no doubt go for MBA. Get the Masters then you can master your career in management.

If you complete Btech and want to try for management job then first i suggest you to go for MBA , you can do MBA in finance
