done Btech in mechanical engg,& got offer from sheridan in 3 yr design and drafting(co-op),but still in dilemma is it a good course

sir i have done Btech in mechanical engg & now got offer from sheridan in 3yr design and drafting(co-op) jan intake,but still in dilemma is it a good course or doing advanced diploma after graduation is a right choice or not ?and what are the career prospectives
