Done Pre-degree(PUC) in yr.1990 - Kerala, English failed, can i write that paper in Bangalore?/Can i go for Degree with PDC fail?

Hi Sankar, As there is a big time gap in your education reappearing for a single paper probably would not be possible, There are two option either you repeat you complete PUC (I suppose this must be 2nd year PUC, If yes then you have to appear PUC II) or else you can complete your 12th through NIOS

there is always a scope to improve u may go for NOS national open school to improve youe english but i fear that u may not appear for degree.
