Double Masters in Astronomy ? Plz suggest the best suitable option (1 or 2) you think for me ! Thank you for your time :)

I am in my final year of Masters in Astronomy from a European University. I have had no experience in Astronomy as of now. I have two options now :- 1. Go for a PhD in my host university (funding is not sure but might support myself). 2. Go for funded Masters again in some other better university.
