    As per me dress code should not be implemented in collages. Because it gives you a chance to know which outfit looks best on you. And having a good dressing sense is a part of personality management.

    I wont suggest there should be a uniform but yes Dress Code can be good idea as it'll implement sense of seriousness among students.

    Though dress code for colleges are not acceptable by students now a days but yes, for some occasions like some seminars, presentations one can wear them. As students, want to be free from school restrictions and they want to live their life their own way. But, having a dress shouldn't make such a difference.
