Due some personal reason I couldn't complete my education. After 8 years, I want to continue my studies. How can I do that?

I failed in class 10th.

    First of all, congratulations on your decision for resuming your study once again. If you are a working person right now then you can opt for NIOS for 10th and 12th and after that, you can get your college degree from any open university of India.
