Due to my health condition i left this one year so i'm gonna continue my mba next year.... this one year will affect my carrier?

no there is no problem but when ever in interview interviewer asked about the gap than you hve a clear answer

may be or may be not on your future plan , if you are going to do job in future then some company demand that no gap in academic year
and most of all won't demand that , it means don't worry nothing will get happen
just continue your study and get good marks
