Due to server down, I couldn't fill my NET form completely. Can I refill the exam form now?

Hi,
Last date to fill UGC NET application forms was 30th March, now the date ended so you will not be able to fill the form until unless NTA extends the dates for filling the forms which is unlikely to be happening. NET exam is conducted twice a year so you can try for the next exam which will prob
