due to some problems my son could score only 45% in PCM in XII. What are his chances of getting admission in B.Tech.-Mechanical

Sir, The minimum eligibiligity criteria is any Indian national who has cleared 10+2 or equivalent in science stream is eligible. The applicant will also have to appear in JEE 2013 Main (Paper-1). The university has its own ranking system and it gives 60% weightage to JEE mains and 40% to 12th marks.
