Due to some reasons I took admission in a private college in Kanpur for M.tech. through UPTU counseling. I want to know career options now.

I have done B.tech in IT with 79% aggregate in 2013. I didnt appear for GATE. I took admission in a Kanpur college. I want to utilize it to the best. I want to know my career options. Will it be useful to appear for GATE still? What else courses can i do along with M.tech?

Hi, there is lots of option after m.tech you can move for higher education or researcher field., teaching line also open with handsome amount of salry etc.but all the things depends.how much u have deep knowledge.& able to deal complex things.be a master in that. all the best
