During the filling of VITEEE I added VIT, Bhopal in college of preference section but now I want VIT, Vellore.

During counselling based on your rank if you get VIT, Vellore, they shall allow you to take it! In the form, they just ask for their analysis! If your rank is good you'll get Vellore. They value merit a lot!

Yes, you can change. To get admission in VIT, Vellore your 12th PCM marks should be more than 60% and VIT rank within 1 lakhs.
