Education has age bar according to Bar Council of India

dear friends, Is anyone know about the case pending in the Supreme Court challenging the proposal of the Bar Council of India reargding Age Bar criteria i.e. 20 years for B.A.L.L.B. (5yrs.) & 30 Years for L.L.B. (3yrs). Plz give me explicit detail about this case. Thanks & regds....

    Yes the proposal has been accepted for enterence exam for state bar council including Age limit of 25 Years for LL.B in any case may be 5 year or 3 year course. Although the case would be sent to parliament for making law. and some State Bar councils have made amendments also .
