I was detained in 2019 for 1 year due to copycase (which was my the worst mistake I had ever done) and now I am in 3rd year of engineering and want to go abroad for further studies for master in university (yet not decided any country) Which are the chances for me to get qualified for admission?

Because you have completed your detention period, so you will not face any problems in pursuing the higher studies.
