The eligibility criteria for LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) vary depending on the country and institution you are applying to. In general, to be eligible for LL.B. , you must have completed a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university. However, the minimum qualifying marks required in the Bachelor's degree may vary from institution to institution. In India, the Bar Council of India (BCI) is the regulatory body that governs legal education and profession in the country. According to the BCI, the eligibility criteria for LL.B. Are as follows:

4 years agoIt vary from university to university. There is a age criteria and graduation marks criteria. It is different for 5 year and 3 year LL.B. Some university may require mimimum of 50 or 60%. For detail information you can visit bar council website and websites if respective universities. But as per BCI rule, minimum 45% is required.
