eligibility for civil services
hi,i was doing engg but due to some personal reasons i cudnt continue it.now i want to prepare for civil services.but i am not graduate yet.my question is that is Bachelor of arts done as a private candidate(not regular) eligible to appear for civil services?pls help..

have to be graduate in any stream,and age between 21 to 30.
