Dear Narendra
You should be minimum an engineering graduate (B.E./ B.Tech/ AMIE/ AMIETE/ B.Sc. (Engineering) with min 50% some institute may ask for higher percentage too.
After that you have to appear for GATE exam and qualify it

B.Tech/BE/MSc are the elegibility qualification along with GATE exam percentile
