Eligibility for mount Carmel college Hostel? I read on the college website only students having a local guardian can stay, so is it true?

Every college has its own criteria for hostel facility and it is not sure that all the students will get the hostel facility, because hostel facility depends on students' location. If you come very far from college then college will provide you hostel facility.
