Hi,
Eligibility Criteria for IPS Exam:
1. An Indian National Citizen
2. Age limit- 21-30 years, 33 for OBC's and 35 for SC's/ST's
3. A graduate in any discipline from a recognized university
4. Physical Standard-
Height – 165 cm
Chest – Minimum 84 cm. Expansion 5 cm
Eye sight – 6/6 or 6/9 di

You have to go for UPSC exam after clear exam you have to go for other test for IPS

Just read upsc notification for physical criteria and other qualification in detail.but minimum age required is 21 years and graduation degree
