Eligible for nimcet?
If institute is affiliated from UGC recognize University but institute and University both are not AICTE approved. It's valid for nimcet?

AICTE approval is not necessary for recognised Universities because these are established under UGC act. However colleges affiliated to Universities needs AICTE approval for running Engineering courses. The eligibility criteria of NIMCET is given below. Eligibility criteria B.Sc. / B.Sc. (Hons) / BCA / BIT of minimum three years full-time from a recognised University with Mathematics/ Statistics as one of the subjects (candidates from open universities are also eligible) or B.E. / B.Tech.
