Yes with B.Com form IGNOU you are eligible for Bank's job and for Probationary Officer's position you need to appear in the examination conducted by different banks. However, I suggest you to enhance your qualification at this stage, unless ofcourse you need to start earning at this very moment itself.

The objective type portion will have papers in reasoning, quantitive aptitude, general awareness and English. The descriptive type paper will have comprehension, analysis of situation and language ability. For general awareness, if you read read the daily newspaper and watch news, that should do.
