There is no substitute to hardwork and determination, and this is what is going to help you the most even for the preparation of IPS exams.
The IPS is one of the premier severices undertaken by the Govt. and the exam is conducted by UPSC.

IPS is not a separate examination , You have to write UPSC Civil services and based on your performance You can opt IAS , IPS , IRS or IFS
