ellim university is fake or not? pliz tell me

i have completed mi s.y.bsc from mumbai uni. but i hav a drop in my final year, i gave 3 attempt but not clear my 2 subject. now i want to taking addmision in ellim uni of distance education . in direct final year of bsc. after completed my graduation in ellim uni. can apply MMS in mumbai uni. rep
