Engineering College not releasing my original documents after I put in an application to discontinue engineering after second year
I have decided to not pursue engineering after struggling with it for 2 years. I have put in an application for the same. Now the college guys are saying you will have to pay remaining two year's fee in order to get your original documents back.

Perhaps, they want their dues to be cleared before you get your originals. So, approach them and talk to them.
