Engineering colleges for US citizen studying in India for last 14 years.

I am US citizen staying in India for 14 years just completing my 10th grade. I want to go for engineering especially in Robotics or IT or Comp Science. Would like to understand more on Bits and IIIT and IIT and other high ranked admission process. Also will I be considered in NRI quota or as normal.
