I\'ve completed diploma after 12th (Science 71%) In year 2011 Got 78%. And now working in L&T which is better option full time b.tech or AMIE

I think you've got yourself into a very good company. Option distance learning is also a good option. And after completing your B.Tech by distance mode, you can be promoted also. Think this way also.
