English hon. from du or bba from ip (delhi),future plan for business .and pg from abroad(mba)

I have achieved 84% in 12th.and 4300'rank in cet of ip university delhi.(for bba).can i go for english hon. if i plan for mba from abroad in future.what would be a better option to chooseor plzz suggest any other course.tat has more scope.
