Enquiry about study in germany

I got 57% in my cbse 12 board im interested in doing bachelor of mechanical engg from duisburg essen university want to know whether Im eligible to get in, and can i get entry this year, i haven't done any german classes how much time it will take to complete a2 levels german university requirement.

You need to know basic German. (You can learn it.) You should score well in yourcurrent studies. You will get admission into German.
