Entrance exam syllabus for zoology is usually based on the syllabus of Bachelor's degree and also some questions are set on the basis of 10th and 10+2 level syllabus. So, you need to prepare yourself according to that only. I would suggest you to refer previous year question papers that is available in the download section on the official page of Delhi University.
