Paras I would like to add few more points to convince you that entrepreneurship is better than working for a company:
    - you'll always be facing new challenges and experiencing something new.
    - have the ability to grow your company
    - you can get out of it exactly what you put in.
    - ability to interact with a wide range of companies and individuals and to learn from them.
    - control over how you want your company to be branded.
    - being able to work with like-minded individuals

Points if we choose entrepreneurship over job for a company:
    You'll have more responsibility.

You'll be able to do a lot of different things.
You will learn from true innovators.
Your work will be recognized (as will your failures).
