Entrepreneurship or employment?

Should one prefer entrepreneurship over working for a company? If yes, then why?

Why Not? one should opt it? it is a good option to make good career because it not only gives you money, name, fame, respect it also give you power you to give employment to other person.

Paras see risk is there in everything. Until and unless we wont open up our feather we won't be able to fly. I think if one has dedication to start is own business than he should move forward.
