essex(MSc Telecom) v/s southampton (MSc Wireless com).........

I'm here in dilemma b/w essex(MSc Telecom) v/s southampton (MSc Wireless comm).In ranking table and reputation soton is leading than essex.... but i've 2 concerns *Cost - 4 lakhs more in soton than essex *IELTS- essex required 6, soton required 6.5 .. i got 6 Pls suggest,which one should i go
