    Hi,
The exams for MA History are subjective in nature everywhere but depending upon the university the pattern of the exam can differ. For entrance exam, the questions can come in both forms, a pre exam in objective type and Mains in subjective type etc.

The exams that you give in your college are always subjective type provided your college conducts objective ones for internal purpose that too on a very minor level. They are always subjective in nature.
