Hello,
There is no exam after class 12 for pursuing MBA. One needs to be a graduate with at least 50% marks to be eligible for doing MBA. There are integrated courses (BBA+MBA) of 5 years provided by some good colleges such as IIM Indore, NMIMS Mumbai, etc. You can look out for them. -

You cannot do MBA directly after class 12th. You need a graduation first. You can though get admission in 5 year integrated course which gives you MBA degree. This can be done after class 12th.
