Hi, The Executive MBA course spans over a year where the programs utilises the team approach to disburse the learning's. The course works in groups and enables each person to learn for each other's experiences. In order to pursue Executive MBA one needs to have at least 3 years of work experience and a bachelor's degree from recognized university. The eligibility criteria for Ph.D varies for every institute. However the basic requirement is a masters degree or an equivalent degree in the relevant discipline. Some of the institutes conduct entrance exams and some of them require atleast two Research Publications for the Ph.D programs. Some also require work experience of a couple of years.
